All prices quoted on this website exclude VAT. If delivery is to the UK, VAT has to be added to the transaction by law.
If delivery is to a destination outside the UK, you don't have to pay VAT. To execute this, choose your delivery country when inside your shopping cart.
To see the amount of VAT Tax being added to your order, put something in your shopping cart. Look at the VAT row just above the total payable.
Delivery fulfilment
We use Royal Mail Tracked Parcels for all deliveries, both within the UK and to other countries.
What's the cost of delivery to the UK?
The cost of delivery varies based on the weight of the things you order. Add products to your shopping cart and the cart will immediately tell you the delivery cost for whatever's in the cart.
What's the cost of delivery to countries other than the UK?
The cost of delivery varies based on the weight of the things you order. Add products to your shopping cart and click on your country's flag. The cart will show you the exact shipping price for that particular order to that country.
Which countries do you deliver to?
For orders that you can do yourself on the website, we deliver to: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Canada, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Malta, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovak Republic, Slovenia, South Africa, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom and the USA (let's call this list "website countries").
If you need delivery to a country not mentioned in the preceding paragraph (i.e. not a website country), please get in touch through our contact form. We'll be able to arrange delivery for you in almost all cases.
How long does delivery take in the UK?
Parcels within the UK arrive on the working day after dispatch and occasionally 2 working days after dispatch.
How long does delivery take to a country other than the UK?
All things considered, allow 10 working days after day of dispatch.
I'm in the European Union: will there be import costs?
Each individual European Union country has its own system. Since this is beyond our control and subject to change, please ask your national postal service about their procedures for parcels arriving from the UK.
